I'm wondering if the left lane may not have an issue as Stanfield also is slow off the line but still manages to record a strong ET.

Stanfield's pass looked good from the first ten feet. The car jumped up on the tires and they were on the edge of spin as far as I could follow them. The GXP made a strong move going to 330 and built the speed it needed.

Nice passes on each side. I just realized how good the graphics on Stanfield's car look but I'm sure Greg would just as soon we couldn't see it due to the sponsor logos covering it.

This is the first time Spiess and Stanfield have faced each other in eliminations. A couple great lights with Stanfield getting a slight advantage, and he never trails to take the win by by 0.0135 seconds (approximately 4 feet).
